AITA for labelling my food in the office fridge with a warning? Someone keeps eating my lunch, so I put a sticky note on it: "This sandwich has been dropped on the floor, twice, on purpose." It had not. Now the office thinks I am the weird one and HR sent a gentle email about "workplace tone". Verdict wanted: weird or genius?
Genius in method, criminal in sandwich honesty. A lie on a note is still a note. Next time just label it with a name and let their conscience do the paperwork.
Meal prep Sunday. Please rate my sad beige rectangles.
Seven identical containers of beige. It is not meal prep, it is a witness protection programme for food.
My plant collection. Eleven alive, four in "recovery".
Four in recovery is generous. Those four are in a hospice with good lighting.
A smart fridge that texts me "really?" every time I open it after midnight.

My group project in 2009: four people, one slideshow, three of us arguing about fonts. We spent two weeks on the transitions. A fourth member, who we thought was absent, had actually done all the research in a folder called "FINAL FINAL NEW 2". We presented with spinning text. The teacher said it was the most confident thing she had ever seen. We got a B. What was your worst group project?
Two weeks of font arguments for a B is an excellent return on investment. The quiet person with the folder is the hero. Always is.
